How Did We Receive Your Contact Information?
If you received an e-mail from us, our records show that you either: (a) registered or have an existing relationship with Simply Logic Labs or (b) you shared your contact information with Simply Logic Labs or one of our customers. If you believe that you have received unwanted, unsolicited email, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to us at [firstname.lastname@example.org].
How Can You Unsubscribe to Our E-Mails?
Each of our e-mails includes an opt-out link in the footer of the message. You can use this link to easily indicate that you no longer want to receive e-mails from us.
How is My Information Protected?
Personal information we collect is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access, and we protect this information from loss or misuse, and from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Is Information Shared With Third Parties?
Our e-mail marketing is permission based. We do not share, sell, or rent personal information for advertising purposes without your advance permission. We use the information we collect for business purposes and will only share it with other companies and individuals who perform business functions on our behalf. We may also release information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law or protect the rights, property, or safety of Simply Logic Labs, our users, or others.
What Tracking Technology is Used in the E-Mails?
Our e-mails contain electronic images known as web beacons, pixels, clear GIF files and cookies. This technology provides us with data on the number of users who visit web pages, view ads, or opened email. It collects limited information, such as a cookie identifier, time and date of a page being viewed, and a description of the page on which the Web Beacon resides (the URL). When we send emails, we include a web beacon to allow us to collect information about you and the information viewed in that e-mail. Web Beacons can be refused when delivered via e-mail.
